The “Attorneys database” located on the Website is exclusively for making contact with the attorneys who appear therein in order to have resort to their legal services. Use of the Attorneys database for any purpose other than the above is forbidden. The Editor does not take the liability for the classification of specialty, the language skills and the competence of those who are involved in the Attorneys database.    

 The data of the Attorneys database may be downloaded by the user only through the questionnaire (browser) set up for this purpose.

The content of the Website, the information used and presented thereon are only for your guidance and under no circumstances may be interpreted as a legal advice. Therefore, no assignment will be concluded by using the Website. Please make sure of the correctness of the information you read on the Website also from other sources and ask a consultation from an attorney before making any concrete legal step.

The Editor has no influence on the content downloaded by following links to other websites. The Editor will delete or modify such links if the entitled person requests so.

"Questions" is a service that provides possibility for the users of attorneys.eu to ask questions, share their comments, remarks (hereinafter: `remarks`) in writing in order to facilitate the discussion of legal questions, problems between lawyers and non-professionals. Asking question, sharing remarks is available free of charge in accordance with this Regulation.

The questions and remarks will be controlled by the Editor. The Editor provides the proper use of the Question section. In the framework of such control the Editor deletes those questions, remarks that hinder or prevent the proper use of the section and the content of which violates the law or this Regulation.

The Editor is entitled to edit or partly delete the questions and remarks, subsequently, upon its own discretion.

In case of deletion, the questions, remarks and the relating answers will be deleted simultaneously.

The following questions and remarks will be deleted from the Question section without any written notice to the user:

-    Questions, and remarks that violate the law. The question and remark violate the law when they breache any effective Hungarian or foreign act.
-    Obscene, aggressive, threatening, niggling, malicious, discrediting questions and remarks and questions and remarks which annoy or hinder the dialogue and which are away from the point. This will be adjudged by the Editor considering the concrete topic.
-    Questions and remarks which are reflect to the editing and moderating activity relating to the Website and which are connected to the Editor, if such remarks were announced expressly outside the relevant panel.
-    Those questions and remarks which have a content breaching the law, this Regulation, the morality and good taste or containing links that navigate to websites with such content.
-    Those questions and remarks which appear too often. In this case one question or remark will be left in the Question section.
-    Copying back of a question or remark partly or totally and initiating the same topic.
-    Questions or remarks containing direct or indirect advertisements.

The Editor may disqualify those users who announce remarks that breach the law, this Regulation, the morality and good taste.

The Editor may replace the question or remark to the proper topic.
